Signal Definition Workshop
A facilitated session with your leadership team to define core Why, How, and What positioning. This is where the strategic foundation gets built — the narrative spine that every subsequent deliverable depends on.
Signal Core™
Every client has a Signal Core™ — the one product feature, capability, or collection of capabilities that separates them from all others. Identified generically in Phase 01 during the Why/How/What work, then given a specific branded name in Phase 02 that becomes central to the Brand Checksum™ and Executive Sales Deck.
SWR Audit
The full diagnostic. Minimum three LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) with two lenses: Signal Fidelity measures how much of your intended narrative survives when your own materials are compressed. Signal Discovery measures whether buyers searching the category find you, hear a distinct story, and receive your full narrative. Produces a trackable SWR Score.
Brand Checksum™
A 12-to-25-word positioning statement engineered for compression survivability. Not a tagline, not an elevator pitch — an integrity marker. If an AI summarizes your positioning and the Checksum words disappear, trust has been broken. Prerequisite for a trackable SWR Score.
Signal Brief™
A machine-optimized narrative artifact built for AI discovery. Your positioning expressed at multiple compression levels — 10 words, 25 words, 50 words — so that whether an LLM generates a one-sentence summary or a three-paragraph overview, your differentiators survive. Lives within the MAP™.
Messaging Activation Playbook™ (MAP™)
Your organization's canonical messaging source document. Contains the Signal Brief™, talk tracks, battle cards, pitch frameworks, brand standards, and Market Map. The single source of truth that every team — sales, marketing, product, executives — draws from.
Market Map
